Unfortunately, at the current time, the law does not provide citizenship through grandparents. Also, since you have not resided in the U.S. at all, then you will not be able to meet the requirements for your children to acquire citizenship. What you could do is petition for your 15 year old who could get a residency as a minor unmarried child, though you would have to file an Affidavit of Support to guarantee to the U.S. government that the child will not later become a public charge. The 22 year old is harder because that child would be in a preference category and they would have to wait until a visa became available which would be a few years.
