I am a US citizen thru my father. I have never ived in the US. My chidren are ages from 15 to 22. Cn they acquired citizen thru my father who has met the residency requirements. My father died 10 years ago.

Unfortunately, at the current time, the law does not provide citizenship through grandparents. Also, since you have not resided in the U.S. at all, then you will not be able to meet the requirements for your children to acquire citizenship. What you could do is petition for your 15 year old who could get a residency as a minor unmarried child, though you would have to file an Affidavit of Support to guarantee to the U.S. government that the child will not later become a public charge. The 22 year old is harder because that child would be in a preference category and they would have to wait until a visa became available which would be a few years.

I heard of some people who have claimed using Form N 643 thru grandparents. That is no longer possible.??

I asked Immigration Office about form N 600K and they do not have in their website. I called and they tell me the form does not exist. Also my second child is 18, will she get the same treatment as the 15 year old>>>
